My partner & I were a little nervous in searching for our first house we see a lovely little bungalow on Rightmove we got in touch with Jake he set up a viewing for that evening. We absolutely loved it the moment we viewed the bungalow it had a lovely warm vibe about it and we knew it was the one so jake moving fast helped us to put an offer forward to the vendor & the same day the vendor accepted. The next day the property was taken of the market to potentially be ours. With great help from jake & his team within 3 months of viewing we moved until our new home one day before I went into Labour with my little girl talk about cutting it fine but if it wasn’t for Jake’s continued determination to speed things up & excellent communication with solicitors & the vendor we wouldn’t of moved in as fast as we did we are so grateful for the excellent service we received at such a busy time and for making the journey smooth in buying our first ever property . 3 months on from moving in jake has been in touch to see how we are settling in our new family home.
